A valid entry survives reload. Invalid input is rejected. Retrying the same request keeps one record. A storage failure is reported without claiming a save succeeded.
This example uses localStorage, not a backend. There are no accounts, cloud sync, cross-device persistence, multi-tab coordination, medical features, backups or app-store release. Clearing browser data removes the samples. A separate local kit tests HTTP and SQLite; that backend is not running here.
