A quote for your purchase decision
We first clarify the category, specifications, number of items and quotes, purchase timing and the research you need. Your written scope sets the comparison fields, alternatives to investigate, sources, deliverable and fee. No GST is currently charged.
A straightforward comparison of existing quotes and a larger sourcing/negotiation engagement are different pieces of work. We quote accordingly and agree payment timing before starting. For a small comparison, we can agree a completion preview before payment and full-report release afterward.
Supplier contact is included only when explicitly scoped, with permission for the buyer details being shared. We agree which suppliers, contact attempts and reporting date; replies, discounts and availability are not guaranteed.
