Enquiries and the optional fit call are free. Quotes state total Australian-dollar fees and any separately agreed provider costs. No GST is currently charged. Payment stages are agreed for your project, with no universal deposit percentage.

Technical diagnosis
A$199 one-off total
Up to 60 minutes of authorized investigation into one agreed app issue, plus written findings, limitations and a recommended next step. One clarification reply within five business days.
Investigation and reporting only. A root cause is not guaranteed within the timebox; repair is separately quoted and there is no automatic credit. You do not need this purchase if we can already scope your repair. Broader investigations receive a separate quote.

Your quote can be fixed for the agreed scope. Extra requests need a written variation; they do not turn into surprise charges. We ask for review within five business days and correct in-scope defects; silence is not acceptance. If work stops, we reconcile completed work and approved unavoidable costs and refund unearned amounts as applicable. Statutory rights remain unchanged.
Implementation scopes include the agreed correction support and handover. Marketplace-originated projects follow that platform’s contracting and payment rules.
